Tree of Life necklaces
Now that they have opened them.
Materials Needed:
One 6.5" piece of 18g wire
Four ~6" pieces of 26g wire
3mm-5mm stone chips of your choice (2mm-3mm round beads also work well)
Flush cutters
Round nose pliers
Chain nose pliers
Cup burr or file
Round object
I ended up finding circle pendants so didn't need the 18g wire to make a circle.
Fold 26g wire in half and wrap around bottom of circle, bring them all together and twist to make trunk, split out into two strand groups and twist to make branches. Add your beads or stone chips to create the leafs, wrap ends around top of circle and cut wire.

Craft Day 2012
Another craft day with Sue, Kaylyn, Crystal and Ayla. Woooohoooooo!
We made some salt dough ornaments. Ayla and I went with a Paris Sketches theme to give them to our band buddies.
Then we also made our yearly tear off calendars to give to coworkers(me) and friends(Ayla)
